Terms of Booking and Cancellation

• Final cleaning: €30 per stay.
• The price is based on a nightly rate for 1 or 2 persons.
• A third person older than 6 increases the price by €20 per night.
• Reservation is confirmed after a 30% deposit has been paid to our account.
• The remaining amount is due upon arrival.
• The maximum capacity of the apartment is 2+1 persons.
• No pets allowed.
• In case of cancellation or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Children under 12 stay free of charge; older than 12 costs €20 per night.
